Most insurance providers cover hospice services, some offer co-pays, and other costs may differ depending on your specific plan and hospice coverage. Our staff at Choice Hospice works with insurance companies to make sure that your out of pocket costs are minimal to none if we are able. We accept a large variety of medical insurances, so please contact us so that we can find out how we can service you or your loved one.

A complete breakdown and coverage analysis will be provided and discussed with you and your loved ones during the initial visit/sign-on visit. At this time, a financial disclosure is provided, including a break down of what services are covered and if there will be any out of pocket expenses.

Medicare covers hospice services at 100%, no copay’s, deductibles or out of pocket cost.
