Where Do I start?

I’m not a health care professional, so what do i do?

We understand that the end of life process is a difficult and often emotionally challenging journey. We want to assure you that we are here to not only provide the required medical care for you/your loved one, but to support you through this time.

If you/your loved one are unfamiliar with hospice care, we recommend reviewing the “Hospice Services” tab on the page bar on the left, and viewing the following video, “Understanding Hospice”.

We also recommend viewing the chart below, Provided by the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, which shows you the individuals involved in hospice care services, and how they will be assisting you.
